If the charger is flashing red, please follow the below:
1. log onto the chargers WIFI on your phone or laptop - AP_ICS_*uniquecode*
Password: ics654321
2. go to safari or chrome and in the URL type in 192.168.10.1
username: install
password: icspass21 (this may have been changed previously)
Change the password, old password again is icspass21, login with install and the new password
*if you have logged in previously, skip to step 7*
3. Next step all the way through, make sure on the regulation page, all 3 sliders are disabled (white)
4. Reboot the charger, when the 20 second countdown disappears, close the web page.
5. Connect back onto the charger's hotspot after ~1 minute, it may say incorrect password at first, but it should still be ics654321
6. Open your web browser (Chrome, safari etc) and connect to 192.168.10.1
7. Go to Regulation
8. Make sure all 3 sliders are turned off (white)
9. Click submit and then go back to the home page
10. At the top of the page click on reboot and confirm the reboot.
11. Once rebooted, charger should be pulsing blue.
